Created Issue: Excluded OData related controllers from web api help page [641]

It doesn't really make sense for the OData related controllers (ex ODataMetadataController, EntitySetController) to show up in the web API help page.

You can exclude them using the following attribute: [ApiExplorerSettings(IgnoreApi = true)]
