Created Issue: It reports error if an entity set name is followed by a type cast in URL. [1652]

Say Manager derives from Employee, if a URL like below is requested:
~/Employees/Namespace.Manager
then it reports error that:
No routing convention was found to select an action for the OData path with template '~/entityset/cast'.
