Edited Feature: Implement StreamContent(...) (or Content taking a stream) [1618]

For a future breaking changes release we should add the ability for Content<T>(...) to accept streams.

You can see the need for this feature in the ContentControllerSample on aspnet.codeplex.com where we're attempting to returned streamed content.
