Edited Issue: Use RouteAttribute instead of DefaultRouteAttribute for specifying the default route [1223]

If you ever want to generate a link to a resource defined using the DefaultRouteAttribute then you need a way to specify the route name.

We should probably add support for setting the route order too.

If we are going to add both route name and route order to DefaultRouteAttribute, then we might as well use the RouteAttribute instead and just get rid of DefaultRouteAttribute.
