Currently in webapi self host scenario, we can set MaxReceivedMessageSize and ReceiveTimeout properties but we do not have a way to set it when using katana self host. It would be good to provide these properties since I am not able to upload 2gb file for katana self host scenario but I am able to upload same file for self host scenario by setting these properties.
