Commented Issue: HttpRouteConstraint is called multiple times if the Match method returns false [403]

If the Match method of an IHttpRouteConstraint implementation returns false, the route constraint is called twice.

Is this a bug or an expected behavior?
Comments: I'm unable to reproduce this issue. It may already be fixed in our current bits.
